Job Description:
We're seeking an experienced Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Coffs Harbour. As part of our Showroom team, you'll be responsible for assisting customers navigate their renovation journey to create their dream bathroom.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Assisting customers choose the perfect bathroom products
* Creating and managing customer quotes and orders via email and phone
* Using our 3D Planner to bring a customer's vision to life
* Visiting customers onsite to provide updates and maintain great relationships
* Maintaining a well-organized and safe showroom environment
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Previous experience in retail sales or customer service
* The ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
* A willingness to learn and grow within the company
* Comfort with computer systems and technology
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
