ASG Technician
Mercedes-Benz Canberra | Full-Time
Are you an experienced an experienced Technician looking for an organisation that can offer you more than just a job?
Due to continued growth Mercedes-Benz Canberra is looking for motivated, and highly organised technicians to join the group.

About The Role
This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality workmanship. You will work closely with service advisors and fellow technicians to accurately identify issues, complete repairs efficiently, and meet scheduled deadlines. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment and keeping accurate service records are key parts of the role.
In this role you will:
* Perform high quality service and repairs in accordance with factory standards and processes
* Promote the brand image through reliable, efficient, and cost effective repairs
* Maintain accurate and up to date service and repair reports
* Complete repair work and maintenance as per repair orders to dealership and manufacturer requirements
* Collaborate with other departments, including sales and parts, to ensure seamless operations
* Stay up to date with mandatory factory training
* Support technicians during complex repairs across vehicles
Our ideal candidate will possess the following:
• Qualified automotive technician/mechanic with relevant certifications
• Experience performing vehicle diagnostics
• Basic computer skills with the ability to navigate workshop systems
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to study, understand, and retain detailed product and technical information
• Strong team player committed to supporting colleagues and delivering high standards of workmanship and customer service
• Current, valid driver’s licence
