Join our team within Services division in Australia as Workshop Manager to help us take Sulzer to the next level.
In this role you will be accountable for:
* Control the flow of jobs through the workshop including scheduling, priorities, progress updates, and productivity.
* Ensure all Company policies and procedures are communicated and implemented within designated area of control.
* Identify training needs for workshop staff and ensure workshop personnel remain up to date with all Work Instructions.
* Uphold long term customer relationships that have been established by the Business Development & Sales teams.
* Assist the Service Centre Manager with overall running of the Service Centre.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Trade Qualification in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
* 5+ Years' experience in supervisory position.
* 5+ years' experience with Electrical / Mechanical products.
* High level skills in time management.
