Travel Industry Expert
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated travel industry professional to join our team as a depot representative.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be fluent in English, and possess a valid driver's license. Additionally, they should have experience working in tourism, hospitality, or retail, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle incoming reservations and welcome guests upon arrival;
* Prepare and clean campervans to ensure they are in top condition;
* Maintain the fleet of campervans and monitor maintenance needs;
* Register guests, manage stock levels, and process payments;
* Address complaints and troubleshoot emergencies in a timely and effective manner.
Requirements:
* Experience working in tourism, hospitality, or retail;
* Fluency in English (spoken and written);
* Valid driver's license;
* Availability to work weekends and public holidays;
* A high level of responsibility and reliability.
