What You'll Do
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to source leads, drive listings and sales of rural, residential and lifestyle properties in Keith and surrounding areas.
* Ensure a high level of customer service and support throughout the sales process and ongoing post‐sale.
* Manage buyer enquiries, perform property appraisals and negotiate agreements.
* Build market intelligence and develop sales and marketing strategies that reflect the local market.
* Maintain industry compliance and legislative requirements in every aspect of the role.
What You'll Bring
* Ability to engage with and build long‐term customer relationships, achieving optimal outcomes for both sellers and buyers.
* Self‐motivated, strong negotiator, driven to succeed and achieve tangible results.
* Previous success selling real estate, ideally within rural and lifestyle segments.
* Commercially savvy, professional presentation, and integrity in all dealings.
* Current sales representative registration or real‐estate agent licence.
