We are seeking a highly skilled lawyer to join our Employment Law team. As an employment law specialist, you will provide high-quality and strategic advice to internal and external clients on all aspects of the employment relationship.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Providing expert employment law advice to internal and external clients on conduct and performance issues.
* Reviewing and interpreting legislation and industrial instruments for wage and entitlement compliance projects.
* Developing enterprise agreement strategies and drafting EAs with consideration for BOOT analysis.
* Advising on employment law aspects of mergers and acquisitions, including undertaking employment law due diligence.
* Addressing workplace change and culture issues, including discrimination, bullying, and whistleblowing.
To be successful in this role, you will have experience in Australian employment law and the ability to communicate complex legal concepts in a practical way.
