This is an exciting opportunity to advance your career and become an integral part of a growing technology organisation that truly values its team.
If you're a self-starter with a passion for technology and a commitment to quality, we'd love to hear from you.
This is a hands-on role – expect to be at client sites across Sydney as well as our riverside Central Coast office.
About Computence
Computence is a growing MSP supporting organisations' IT and technology requirements across Australia, including manufacturing, distribution, retail, consulting, medical, motorsport, construction, and marine. We've been in business for over 30 years, quietly building something unique.
We're now looking for a senior technician who can hit the ground running, with strong and demonstrated expertise in Microsoft 365 and associated technologies.
You'll own and improve Microsoft 365 environments across our client base, handle escalations, and contribute to broader infrastructure and security work. You're confident working with minimal supervision and can scope and deliver projects for our customers.
You will have:
* Solid hands-on experience in an MSP or similar multi-client environment.
* Strong, proven Microsoft 365 skills – we'll train you on our customers, not on 365 basics.
* Ideally, you'll also be strong in the cybersecurity space.
* Strong customer service and communication skills.
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage your own workload.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a close team.
* An Australian driver's licence – this role suits someone Sydney-based who's happy to spend time at client sites and visit the Central Coast when needed, or someone on the Coast who's comfortable travelling to Sydney.
* A clean police record (a national police check will be required).
What's in it for you:
* Competitive salary based on what you bring – we pay fairly and reward people who deliver.
* Room to grow – we're scaling up and we're looking for people who want to grow with us.
* Broad exposure across customers, technologies, and security-focused work, including training and advancement.
* A role you'll enjoy as part of a close, professional team.
What next:
Send your CV and a short note with:
* Details of Microsoft 365 environments you've managed or supported – including the size, what you were responsible for, and what your role entailed (not just what the team was responsible for).
* Any certifications relevant to this role – Microsoft 365 being foremost.
