Our client is an cutting-edge and dynamic environmental management company who operate across Queensland. Due to their continued growth, they are seeking a receptionist / administrator to join their team on a temporary basis with view to go permanent.
**Your new role**
As the Receptionist / Administrator you will be responsible for:
- First point of contact
- Answering the phones and handling enquiries
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Preparing correspondence
- Coordinating and taking minutes for meetings
- Reporting
- General administration support to the wider team
- What you'll need to succeed
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful you will have:
- Minimum of 12 months reception / administration experience
- Professional presentation and excellent communication skills
- The ability to work independently and in a team environment
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic and a willingness to learn
**What you'll get in return**
