The Role:
This is a rare opportunity for a driven Sales Associate to work 1:1 with a top Director.
You'll be hands-on across prospecting, buyer work, open homes, administration support, and assisting with listing campaigns.
You'll gain exposure to high-quality stock and a high-performing sales process while being mentored by an industry leader.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Director with day-to-day sales operations
Conduct buyer follow-up and manage open homes
Support prospecting activities and database management
Prepare marketing materials and coordinate campaigns
Provide exceptional service to vendors and buyers
Specific Requirements:
Some experience in real estate sales OR strong sales ability with a desire to learn
A current Certificate of Registration (or willing to obtain)
Highly organised, proactive, and eager to grow
Confident communicator with strong attention to detail
Thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment
Direct mentorship from a leading Director
