You'll play a part in how CommBank makes informed, responsible financial and commercial decisions through one of our two graduate programs: Finance & Accounting or Procurement.
As a Graduate in one of these two programs, you'll be part of a diverse team working alongside accountants, analysts, business partners, auditors, investor relations, and specialists across treasury, risk, data & analytics, climate, procurement and property.
Finance & Accounting
You'll work with knowledgeable teams who act as trusted advisors and business partners. You'll provide financial and market analysis, specialist advice, support and insights on financial performance to support our Board, shareholders and stakeholders in their decision making.
Expect hands‐on experience with:
* Financial and management reporting;
* Key performance, risk and reporting metrics;
* Statutory and regulatory reporting and disclosures;
* Data analytics and AI‐enabled tools;
* Financial analysis and modelling;
* Capital, funding and balance sheet management; and
* Project work and ad‐hoc initiatives.
Procurement
You'll be hands‐on in supporting the Bank to make decisions about how we partner with suppliers to deliver good value solutions that help us deliver on our promises to customers. You'll contribute across the procurement lifecycle, including:
* Procurement strategy and enablement, including systems, process improvement, demand planning and supplier performance insights;
* Category management, sourcing and negotiation;
* Commercial deals, contract execution and supplier management;
* Supplier risk and governance; and
* Stakeholder management and influencing across diverse teams.

* Finance & Accounting: finance, specialist and business intelligence/analytics teams.
* Procurement: procurement strategy and enablement, category management, and supplier risk and governance.
As part of the Finance & Accounting program, you'll undertake a globally recognised professional qualification, funded by CommBank. This accreditation will strengthen your capability, broaden your career pathways, and set you up for long‐term success.
We're interested in hearing from people who:
* Have a degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, Mathematics or a related discipline, with studies aligned to your chosen stream. This may include majors such as Accounting, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Procurement, Supply Chain or International Business
* Are curious, proactive, and keen to learn
* Bring commercial acumen and care about delivering value while solving problems and managing risk
* Build strong relationships and collaborate well with stakeholders
* Communicate clearly and thrive in a team environment
