Yard Loader/ Delivery Driver/ Storeperson
Bidfood Dandenong is looking for a reliable and energetic individual to join our team as a Yard Loader / Delivery Driver / Storeperson at our Dandenong South branch.

You'll build strong relationships with customers and become a trusted part of their day – delivering not just products, but reliability and great service.
About the role
On a typical day, you'll be picking and assembling customer orders, loading trucks, managing inbound stock and delivering orders safely and efficiently while representing Bidfood out in the field. The role will also require you to:
* Pick and assemble goods accurately
* Load trucks efficiently and safely
* Unload stock and place items in customer locations
* Maintain vehicle cleanliness and condition
* Uphold food safety and hygiene practices
* Receive, put away and rotate stock
* Maintain tidy and accurate bin locations
* Work overtime when required to meet demand
About you
We're looking for someone who enjoys the physical side of work, can be relied on to show up and work hard and takes pride in doing a job properly. You're the kind of person who gets along with just about anyone, shows up on time and genuinely enjoys a job well done. You're confident and courteous behind the wheel and take customer service seriously – even when it's just a quick drop‑off.
Someone who enjoys a yarn with the customers is always a great fit.
Skills and experience
* Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
* Previous warehouse or Storeperson experience (a plus)
* Good communication and time‑management skills
* Forklift licence with reach experience highly regarded
* Comfortable working across freezer, chiller and dry areas
* Valid HR or MR licence
* VIC Police Clearance Certificate (required)
* Working with children Certificate
* Current Flu and COVID‑19 vaccinations
* Able to pass a pre‑employment medical (if required)
