SELECTION CRITERIA
The role will suit someone who has:
* Proven experience in project coordination ormanagement in healthcare, research, or public health
* Exceptional organisational skills and theability to manage competing deadlines
* Strong interpersonal and writtencommunication skills
* Experience providing secretariat or governancesupport to committees or working groups
* Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
* Ability to work independently and within acollaborative, multidisciplinary team
Tertiary qualifications in health, projectmanagement, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
About the opportunity:
Wehave an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and highly organised projectprofessional to join our small team at ANZCHOG. In this role, you will be coordinatingand managing the delivery of strategic programs that support ANZCHOG’s purposeof advancing paediatric cancer care.
Yourkey responsibilities will include:
* Supporting the operation and activities of ANZCHOG’sDiscipline and Special Interest Groups
* Managing project coordination tasks acrossmultiple national initiatives
* Providing high-quality secretariat andgovernance support for steering committees and project working groups
* Facilitating stakeholder engagement across clinical,research, and community representatives
Youare a natural communicator and collaborator, with strong project managementskills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with confidence. Thisposition offers the opportunity to contribute to significant initiatives thatare shaping the future of paediatric cancer care.
EMPLOYMENT TERMS
This position is full time (1.0 FTE)capacity. Salary is based on Scientific Support Group TAP 7 ($102,780 - $112,729) range dependent onlevel of experience. Superannuation of 11.5% and very attractive salary packagingoptions are available.
