Overview
ASC is seeking a highly capable Training & Capability Development professional to uplift and future-proof internal training capability across the organisation. This role goes beyond traditional instructional design. We are looking for someone who has trained other trainers, built sustainable training frameworks, and can elevate the quality, consistency, and impact of workshops across multiple teams.
Working within the Follow-On Training Department and in collaboration with internal stakeholders and the Navy learning design team, you will take ownership of developing scalable programs, uplifting facilitator capability, and embedding best-practice learning methodologies that strengthen ASC's overall training maturity.
