Role Overview
Educational Leader at Goodstart Bundaberg George Street, Goodstart's childcare centre for up to 75 children daily. Full time, 38 hours per week, pay $ - $ plus super and $2.68 leader allowance.
Responsibilities
Lead change and champion practice uplift and excellence.
Collaborate with educators to observe, review and continuously enhance educational programs.
Deepen team understanding of child development and early years content, guiding application of the Early Years Learning Framework.
Work closely with centre leadership to lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or Diploma in Early Childhood or ACECQA approved equivalent.
Solid knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
Current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
