The Glazing Team Manager will coordinate, collaborate, and lead a team of Glaziers (employed and sub-contractor) to meet project and customer glazing requirements.
If you are an Area Manager or Supervisor in Glazing, Building or Construction, this may be the next step in your career. This role will be based from our Green Fields, SA Branch.
You will be required to support jobs around metro Adelaide and have the following skills: proactive, results driven, customer focused, hands on and can build and be able to maintain new and current stakeholder relationships.
About the role:
* Leading a team of Glaziers (employed or sub-contractor) to provide an outstanding Customer Experience
* Deliver professional and technical solutions to glazing opportunities
* Ensure that your team work safely and have the support they need
* Encourage and develop your team to maximise their potential
* Work in close collaboration with the Planning & Scheduling function to help plan and execute small Project work
* This role is integral part of the Sydney Branch team.
About you:
* Trade Qualified Glazier or equivalent trade or management experience within the industry
* Experience and knowledge in the end-to-end process of glazing
* A genuine hands-on leader and mentor to other team members
* Customer focused, with a clear, yet approachable communication style
* Attention to detail and ability to work and lead a team
