Job Role Overview
The primary objective of this position is to deliver exceptional client service and drive business growth through strategic account management.
* Support senior brokers in all aspects of account servicing, including identifying new business opportunities and managing renewal quotations; preparing client documentation, closings, and invoices; providing day-to-day client support; managing claims and associated activities.
* Offer high-quality customer service within tight turnaround times to clients, brokers, underwriters, and other key stakeholders.
* Assist in overall account management and debtor management.
* Identify opportunities to improve internal business processes and cost efficiencies, working with the Service Centre to ensure accurate preparation of processes and information.
* Gather relevant client information and identify key issues to provide assistance to senior brokers.
* Maintain 100% accuracy of documentation issued to external and internal clients.
* Stay informed of industry trends by attending training sessions, seminars, etc.
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Tier 1 or 2 qualification or willingness to complete.
* Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multi-task.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent administration skills with a high attention to detail.
* Strong commitment to client service excellence.
* Exposure to construction industry clients and insurance programs (including Builders Warranty) would be an advantage but not essential.
