About the Role
Residential Quality Managers play an important role checking the quality improvement and risk mitigation of valuation reports. This exceptional opportunity working as part of our National Quality Management Team will see you reviewing and delivering residential valuations and optimising performance of service goals and excellence. You will actively respond to valuer enquiries and contribute to the preparation of valuer upskilling.
The strategic motivation for this role is to assist managing residential valuation operations, achieving operational and service excellence aligned to client expectations.
The role will include, but not be limited to:
- Review valuation reports as part of quality assurance, limit business risk and increase customer satisfaction.
- Quality scoring valuation reports.
- Identify areas within the valuation business where quality control and compliance measures are required.
- Implementation of professional standards such as ABFI Residential Valuation Standing Instructions.
- Counter-sign reports in line with API Limited Liability Scheme.
- Valuer coaching to minimise report rework.
About You

Your experience will include:
- Associate of the Australian Property Institute (CPV Status) with minimum 3 years full time experience as a real estate Valuer
- Degree in Business (property) or equivalent
- Must have property sector knowledge
- Working knowledge of relevant legislation and API requirements/guidelines.
- Strong report writing skills with ability to prepare quality residential valuation reports including "long form" valuation reports (unsupervised).
