Workforce International are seeking Precast Labourers for works located in the Newcastle area. You will be responsible for assisting in the production of precast concrete structures used for new infrastructure. This is a hands-on role that requires physical labour and attention to detail to ensure the high-quality manufacture of precast elements.

This role is however also open to people who have labouring experience in other fields who are keen to learn precast works.
About the Role
* $ $ Super + Applicable Penalty Rates
* Multiple Locations available
* Regular Overtime available
* Immediate start for the right candidate
* 5 Days per week Monday-Friday
* Casual position with view to permanency for the right candidate
Duties may include
* Assisting with placement of reobar cages
* Finishing of concrete products
* Screeding, hand troweling and other concrete finishing duties
* Assisting with concrete pours and mould preparations
* Preparing, assembling, and disassembling formwork and moulds
* Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
* Following all safety protocols and procedures
What we're looking for
* Demonstrated experience in concreting works or precast is highly desired however not essential
* Ability to use basic and hand power tools as needed
* OHS White Card
* Ability to pass pre-employment physical including D&A screening
* Reliable transport
* Ability to follow safe work practices and uphold all safety standards
