Step into a role that keeps our service operations moving and our customers supported. We're seeking a motivated and detail-focused Work in Progress (WIP) Coordinator to join our centralised Service Administration team – known as the WIP Room – on a full-time, permanent basis, with flexibility to be based at either our Clayton (Victoria) or Burnie (Tasmania) branch.
This is a Monday to Friday role, supporting branches across Victoria and Tasmania.
In this pivotal role, you'll manage the end-to-end lifecycle of service work orders, ensuring consistency, accuracy and timely invoicing. Every work order you touch plays a role in keeping equipment working, customers supported and our service teams operating at their best.
At William Adams, we do more than support service operations – we help keep industries moving. With nearly 100 years as a Caterpillar dealer, we've built a reputation for excellence across construction, mining, marine and industrial sectors. This isn't just an administration role – it's an opportunity to build a long-term career in a business that values precision, teamwork and continuous improvement.
One team. One standard. Support you can rely on.
Are you ready to step into a role that makes a real impact?
