This role suits someone who knows property management inside out, values strong landlord relationships, and wants stability, support, and career progression, without burnout.
About the Role
* Manage a clean, capped residential portfolio
* End-to-end property management with strong admin and systems support
* Build and maintain long-term landlord and tenant relationships
* Handle leasing, renewals, arrears, maintenance, and compliance
* Work closely with leadership in a collaborative, professional environment
* Opportunity to mentor junior team members (if desired)
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 2+ years' experience in residential property management
* Current QLD Real Estate Certificate / Registration
* Confident managing a portfolio independently
* Strong communication and relationship management skills
* Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
* Experience with PropertyMe (or similar software) preferred
* A team player who takes pride in their work
