The Role as Field Service Manager, you'll take charge of all field operations, including glazing, service, warranty, and retrofit installation, balancing technical expertise with strong team leadership. Key responsibilities include: Planning and scheduling service activities, managing staff and subcontractors Providing technical expertise on glazing and installation, including onsite problem-solving Leading and mentoring field staff, maintaining high customer service standards Acting as the primary contact for after-sales service and warranty matters Ensuring WHS compliance and promoting safe work practices We're looking for someone with: A trade background in glazing, carpentry, or aluminium fabrication ( essential ) Proven leadership experience in service, installation and project management Solid knowledge of windows, doors, and installation standards Strong problem-solving ability and excellent customer communication Current White Card ( mandatory ) and driver's licence This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same, this role ideal for a trade qualified professional ready to make the move into leadership.
