As Senior Manager Financial Crime Assurance, you'll sit at the centre of our risk function, leading assurance activity that keeps our controls strong, scalable and ready for scrutiny. From external evaluations to internal assurance programs, your work will directly influence how we protect our business, customers and reputation. Key Responsibilities
* Lead a quality assurance team delivering ongoing transactional assurance across financial crime controls
* Oversee independent evaluations of financial crime controls delivered in partnership with external providers
* Drive an internal assurance program assessing the design and effectiveness of financial crime controls
* Translate assurance findings into clear, practical insights for senior leadership decision‐making
* Prepare executive and board‐ready reporting highlighting key risks, themes and opportunities
* Partner with stakeholders across risk, compliance and operations to strengthen control outcomes and uplift capability
Required Qualifications
* Significant experience across financial crime risk, compliance and/or assurance functions
* Proven experience designing and delivering assurance programs across complex control environments
* Strong leadership capability, with experience coaching and developing high‐performing teams
* Ability to influence senior stakeholders through clear, practical and commercially balanced insight
* Excellent written communication skills, including executive and board‐level reporting
* Strategic thinking and a continuous improvement mindset
