About the role: We are seeking a motivated Home Care Worker to join the team in Geelong on a casual basis. The candidates need to be committed to delivering high quality care for our aged care clients both in home and in the community. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Providing services in the client’s house such as general house cleaning, tidying and shopping. Assisting clients in day to day needs to help keep them in their own home instead of seeking alternative options. Liaising with the care team regarding any concerns or feedback the client may have with Baptcare’s service to ensure we are meeting the needs of every client. Maintaining strict privacy and dignity with all information relating to Client care and promotes same with any other members of the team or contractors on site. About you: Completed first aid certificate. Experience working within the Aged Care Sector or with Elderly people is advantageous. Current Australian Drivers license and access to a registered and vehicle with insurance. Ability to meet and perform the inherent requirements of the role.
