We are hiring an AlgoSec Resident Engineer to join our Sales team and work with ANZ/ SEA based customers.

Responsibilities:
* Monitoring, operating and maintaining AlgoSec products, troubleshooting assistance, upgrade planning, knowledge transfer of key sections of the product.
* Perform product customizations to a certain level. Consult customer with best practices and being their 'Trusted Advisor'.
* Working in tight integration with Sales, Delivery, Support, CSM, and R&D departments. Act as AlgoSec's eyes & ears: monitor shifts in customer technical landscape, org structures, or priorities, and upscale key insights to internal teams (Customer Success, Product, Strategy).
Requirements:
* At least 3 years' experience in a similar position, in a software company.
* Experience in Linux/UNIX environments.
* Experience with networking devices (Switches, Routers etc.)
* Experience in firewall administration and configuration (Checkpoint, Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Palo Alto etc.)
* Experience working with Cloud platforms and managing Cloud Security.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Ability to operate under pressure in deadline‐driven situations and business emergencies.
* Experience dealing with Global customers.
* Customer oriented and ability to establish customer's trust.
* Problem solver, result driven, demonstrating a 'make it happen' attitude, attention to details.
* Team player, pleasant to work with, with a high level of integrity, bright, self‐learner.
* Ability to identify and upscale revenue‐driving adoption or expansion signals.
* Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time, working on‐site (ANZ/ SEA) with AlgoSec customers.
