Senior Venue Leader Opportunity
Bostin Brew Co is a long standing, family operated dining venue known for great coffee and delicious food. We're looking for an experienced Venue Manager with strong Back of House knowledge to lead our Merewether location.
About the Role
* Oversee daily Front of House and Back of House operations
* Lead, train, and motivate junior staff
* Assist in Back of House operations including stock control, ordering, and kitchen workflow
* Maintain exceptional customer service standards
* Manage rosters, labour costs, and general venue performance
* Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and Work Health Safety standards
* Work closely with owners to improve efficiency and customer experience
Requirements
* Previous experience as Venue Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar
* Confident leader with excellent communication skills
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Reliable, organised, and solutions-focused
* Passionate about food, coffee, and creating a great customer experience
