About the Role
As Finance Officer, you'll play a key role in ensuring our financial systems run smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
• Managing accounts payable and assisting with monthly debtor statements
• Performing bank reconciliations and preparing month-end journals
• Supporting payroll processing and ensuring compliance with financial regulations
• Maintaining accurate financial records and contributing to process improvements
• Assisting with other finance-related duties as required
What We're Looking For
We're after someone who is:
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• A minimum of 5 years' experience as a bookkeeper or role working within financial operations
• Advanced experience using Xero and Excel
• A proactive team player with excellent communication skills
