Job Description
As a Family Preservation Case Worker, you will be an integral part of a team that provides intensive, therapeutic case management to families with complex needs. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct regular in-home visits and deliver services that promote family safety and well-being.
You will work closely with other professionals to assess risk, build trust, and co-develop meaningful case plans to help families stay together safely. Your expertise will be essential in identifying and responding to risk, as well as providing support and guidance to families navigating challenges like child protection involvement, domestic and family violence, mental health, and neglect.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* A relevant tertiary qualification (or working towards one) in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
* Experience supporting families with complex needs, ideally in home-based or outreach roles
* Strong written skills and the ability to analyze and report on risk, safety, and progress
* Great time management and decision-making under pressure
* A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed
* Cultural competence and a commitment to working respectfully with Aboriginal communities
