Geologist - Mining Software Specialist
We are currently seeking a driven, proactive Geologist to join our team in driving the ongoing engagement of our customers using our Micromine Origin software solution.
This role is responsible for analysing usage data, providing technical support, and escalating complex issues to other departments as required.
* Analyse usage data and determine trends which indicate customers who need further support.
* Provide technical support for users with current active Micromine licences.
* Document all support issues in the company's support management database.
* Escalate complex issues to other departments as necessary.
About You
You will have a proven background in earth sciences and be keen to transition into the software industry.
Key skills, experience, and qualifications include:
* A tertiary qualification in earth sciences or engineering.
* Experience in exploration or mining environments.
* Strong technical skills in geology and familiarity with mining software.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
