Residential Portfolio Manager Role
The Residential Portfolio Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall management of a large portfolio of residential properties. This includes managing multiple assets, working with cross-functional teams to ensure effective property management practices, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Key responsibilities include:
* Maintaining accurate records of property inventory, including leasing and sales activity.
* Coordinating maintenance and repairs for all managed properties.
* Managing rent rolls, lease renewals, and other property-related tasks.
A work vehicle may be available for use during work hours. Strong administration skills, proficiency in Property Me, SNUG, and Google suite, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
