Job Category: Banking and Financial Services
At Vincents, we're not your typical professional services firm. We're a team of curious, collaborative professionals who want to use our expertise to make a real difference - for our clients, our colleagues, and our communities.
Our vision is simple: to be the trusted advisors of choice - where people thrive and clients succeed.
With 250+ professionals, ten service lines, and a growing national footprint, we offer the scope and support to shape your future - wherever you want to take it.
Why this role matters
Are you someone who thrives on creating great client experiences and building strong relationships? Do you enjoy being the go-to person who makes things seamless, organised, and stress-free for others?
We're looking for a Broker's Associate to join our team; someone who is proactive, personable, and eager to learn. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone aspiring to build a long-term career in banking and finance, where you'll play a key role in guiding clients through their lending journey while developing valuable professional skills and industry expertise.
You'll work closely with our Finance Brokers and Directors as well as our internal teams, building relationships with clients and stakeholders while keeping everything running efficiently behind the scenes.
Job Description

* Managing client relationships from initial enquiry through to post-settlement care
* Coordinating loan applications, including document collection, verification, and lodgement
* Liaising with lenders, solicitors, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to keep clients informed
* Tracking application progress and ensuring clients receive regular updates
* Supporting settlement bookings and ensuring a seamless end-to-end experience
* Maintaining accurate records and managing high volumes of data with attention to detail
What you'll bring
We're less focused on what you've done before, and more interested in how you work with people.
* A genuine passion for customer service and relationship building
* Strong communication skills and a professional, approachable manner
* High attention to detail and the ability to stay organised in a fast-paced environment
* A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
* Strong time management and problem-solving skills
* Confidence working both independently and as part of a team
* Experience in banking, finance, or professional services is helpful, but not essential. If you're eager to learn, we'll support you every step of the way.
The Vincents Experience
