Job Overview
This key leadership role empowers you to drive the support team, engage with stakeholders, and champion stock distribution and facilities management.
Main Responsibilities:
* Stock Management: Coordinate stock flow to the shopfloor, including ticketing, hanging, security tagging, and distribution.
* Outbound Process: Complete and coordinate the Outbound process, including Instore Fulfilment within agreed SLAs.
* Vendor Payments: Ensure prompt and accurate payment to vendors within SLA using Logistics Inventory Management Systems.
* Facilities Access: Monitor and facilitate access in store for contractor services, including maintenance activities, permits to work, visitor access, and associated processes.
* Sustainability Initiatives: Assist the Support/Operations Manager in company initiatives related to sustainability.
* Workplace Health and Safety: Advocate workplace health and safety (WHS) to support a safe environment for workers, contractors, and customers.
* Inventory Management: Process shrinkage through reportable cycle counts and investigations, actioning negative stock on hand (SOH) and known shrinkage adjustments.
* Routine Store Security: Monitor adherence to routine store security, cash handling, and point of sale to minimise errors and maintain compliance.
* Team Development: Delegate tasks and responsibilities across the team to ensure task rotation and timelines are met.
* Team Performance: Develop the Logistics team members to achieve desired results whilst celebrating success to ensure an engaged and productive team.
* Organisation and Adaptability: Demonstrate superior organisation and prioritisation skills to perform tasks in a timely and efficient manner, with an attention to detail. Be adaptable and resilient to change.
