**The Organization**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Work on-site in Sydney a minimum of 4 days a week.
- Assist trading partners with query analysis and resolution.
- Detect incidents, investigate root causes, and manage problem resolution.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders.
**About You**:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
3-7 years of OMS experience; Flextrade OMS experience is a plus.
- 1-2 years of FIX Protocol experience.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- In-depth knowledge of Brokerage/Sec Finance industry is desirable.
- Experience with ServiceNow/ITIL Methodologies.
- Ability to manage stress and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible and adaptable with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
