As a key player in the domestic grain logistics sector, you will be responsible for planning and executing grain flows across Australia. Your role will involve coordinating with customers, transport providers, and storage facilities to ensure timely and accurate execution of grain movements.
This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:
* Grain Scheduling: Plan and implement grain flows to meet customer demands, ensuring domestic orders are executed on time and within contract terms.
* Logistics Management: Coordinate with transport providers and storage facilities to ensure smooth grain movements and compliance with contractual obligations.
* Customer Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, resolving any issues that may arise during grain movements.
* Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with internal policies and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) obligations, logging non-compliance issues and supporting quality management initiatives.
