This position is an exceptional opportunity for someone with trade qualifications in Building or Maintenance, experience in a supervisory capacity, excellent organisational and time management skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills, intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with Body Corporate environments.
