**About Us**
The EPA is South Australia's independent environment protection regulator. The organisation works to protect, restore and improve the environment through the risk-based regulation of pollution, waste, noise and radiation. The EPA works closely with industry, the community and government to protect the unique natural environment while supporting economic growth and improving wellbeing. The EPA is responsible for the administration of the _Environment Protection Act 1993_ (EP Act) and the _Radiation Protection and Control Act 2021_ (RPC Act) and also exercises responsibilities under other South Australian planning and environmental legislation.

**Desirable Qualifications, Knowledge or Experience**
**Remuneration**
ASO3 ($67,589 - $72,033 per annum) as well as 12% super to your choice of super fund.
**Contract**
Long term contract (until 31 July 2026) and full time (37.5 hours per week).
**Special Conditions**
- This role has been designated as a Position of Trust pursuant to the standards required in the Australian Government Protective Security Policy Framework. A current National Police Clearance is essential.
- The incumbent may be required to work out of hours and as the need arises.
