About the vacancy
Reporting to the Regional Managing Director ANZ, we are seeking a proactive and experienced IT Manager to lead and oversee the delivery of critical IT projects and ensure the smooth operation of our technology environment.
This role is pivotal in contributing to our global IT strategy, driving system improvements, and supporting business growth through robust and secure technology solutions.
Business Alignment: Gather regional business requirements and translate them into inputs for global solution design and development.
Collaboration & Governance: Act as a key member of the global IT management team, contributing to global strategy, governance, and best practice sharing across regions.
Leadership & Team Management: Lead and develop the regional IT team responsible for implementing and supporting global IT solutions, including software applications and infrastructure.
Solution Implementation & Support: Ensure the effective deployment, integration, and maintenance of global IT applications and hardware within the region.
IT Operations Management: Oversee regional IT operations as part of the global IT operations framework and backlog, ensuring alignment with global standards and priorities.
About you
Proven experience in IT operations, infrastructure management, and project leadership
Strong understanding of network architecture, system security, and IT governance
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Experience with system audits, backup and recovery, and performance monitoring tools
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
