Compliance Analyst (Mandarin Speaking) - Financial Services We're partnering with a fast-growing, globally recognised financial services firm to hire a Compliance Analyst to join their high-performing team in Sydney. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in CFD/FX trading environments who is looking to deepen their compliance expertise within a dynamic, international business. The Role You'll play a key role in supporting the firm's compliance framework across trading operations, working closely with internal stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions. Key responsibilities include: Monitoring and reviewing compliance with regulatory obligations in a CFD/FX environment Supporting the implementation and maintenance of policies, procedures, and controls Assisting with regulatory reporting and internal compliance reviews Providing compliance guidance to front office and operational teams Liaising with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, including clients and offshore teams Supporting AML/CTF processes (transaction monitoring, KYC reviews, escalations) About You: 2-5 years' experience in a compliance role within financial services Strong knowledge of CFD and/or FX trading products (essential) Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) Exposure to AML/CTF obligations (even if not your core focus) Understanding of Australian financial services regulations (ASIC exposure beneficial) Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment By clicking 'apply', you give your express consent that Robert Half may use your personal information to process your job application and to contact you from time to time for future employment opportunities.
