What will you be doing … This position will require you to showcase your love for people from being the first point of contact to sourcing candidates and all the administration in between! This is a hands-on role where you will provide a high level of administrative support to the wider team. You must be able to prioritise, multi-task and have a real sense of urgency. Above all you love working with people and have great communication skills. Duties include: Schedule and manage interviews Manage job postings across job boards, career sites, and internal platforms Assist with candidate sourcing and resume screening Client visits Coordinate background checks, reference checks, and right-to-work verification Resume formatting Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and employment laws Do you have what it takes? You will need to be a self-starter who knows what needs to be done and delivers with efficiency and quality in mind.
