About the Role
Starting in May 2026, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of aged care service delivery at Wallan Community Aged Care in Victoria.
With access to the latest technology, a skilled team, and robust head office support, you will be well‐equipped to make a difference.
You will oversee daily management, ensure exceptional resident‐centered care, and guide the home through accreditation. You'll be supported by a national team across Operations, Quality, HR, Finance, IT and Support Services.

About You
* Experience in managing a medium to large aged care home
* Previous experience in commissioning a new home (desirable)
* Knowledge of regulatory compliance and accreditation requirements
* Excellent people management, relationship building and negotiation skills
* Proven competency in operational planning, strategic and innovative thinking, resource management, rostering and budget management
* Knowledge and hands on experience using computers and care programs
* Passion to make a difference to our residents, families and Employees
* A collaborative, compassionate approach with an ability to create, grow and inspire your own team
* Current RN nursing registration with AHPRA
