We've got an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join our North Geelong-based progressive and multidisciplinary company within our administration team. Working alongside our accounting and financial planning teams, we are on the hunt for a part-time administration person to be the face of our business.
Working from our spacious, open-plan, light-filled and newly refurbished office in the Federal Mills Business Precinct, you will find yourself at home surrounded by luscious indoor greenery, forward-thinking team members and real people from real walks of life.
Joining our administration team, this part-time position is right for a dynamic, approachable, person-centred person who is committed to excellent customer service and attention to detail in their work. You will be the go-to team member for new and existing clients and be a wizard in assisting our teams.

So, what does a typical day in the life of an administration team member look like? While we can guarantee no two days will be the same, this could be you...
* Answering a high level of phone calls;
* Greeting clients and assisting them with their queries;
* Making appointments, managing schedules and client meetings;
* Preparation of documents as required;
* Tracking workflows as required; and
* Assisting with client queries.
Key Selection Criteria
* Excellent ability to provide exceptional customer service and personal presentation;
* Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time efficiently;
* High level attention to detail and great communication skills;
* Excellent verbal and communication skills;
* Rights to work in Australia.

Salary will be paid commensurate with experience; however, an indicative commencement range would be: $62,000 - $70,000.
