Overview
Psychological Services Specialist – Workplace Rehabilitation & Health. Join the WR&H team in WA as a Registered Psychologist (full-time or part-time). Job sharing with an NDIS caseload can also be negotiated.
Key Responsibilities
Provide psychological workplace rehabilitation services to complex clients within the service lead area.
Execute duties as outlined in the Rehabilitation Consultant and Senior Rehabilitation Consultant Primary Job Description.
Lead monthly group supervision sessions for allocated Psychological Rehabilitation Consultants.
Support allocated consultants by delivering service training and collaborating with Regional and National Managers to extend client support.
Review reports within the service lead area and provide detailed quality feedback to meet Regional Managers' competency requirements.
Contribute to Learning & Development by creating resources, training topics, and updating service delivery templates, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications & Experience
General Registration with AHPRA (or close to Registration).
Minimum 2 years of experience within Psychology.
Experience with workers' compensation (CTP or DVA).
Valid vehicle licence and driver's licence.
