Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional to join our team as an Infrastructure Support Specialist. This role will involve providing technical support and maintaining the stability, security, and performance of our IT environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in network administration and infrastructure support, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide onsite and remote support for network, systems, and infrastructure issues across all locations.
* Configure, monitor, and maintain network equipment to ensure optimal performance and security.
* Troubleshoot equipment connectivity issues, manage network outages, and implement proactive monitoring and maintenance practices.
* Assist with the deployment of new sites, including setup of network infrastructure, POS systems, servers, and telephony.
* Collaborate with the wider IT team to deliver seamless service and resolve escalated issues.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in IT support with a strong focus on network administration and infrastructure.
* Hands-on experience with network technologies (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPNs, firewalls, switches, routers).
* Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and common business applications.
* Familiarity with IT ticketing systems, remote support tools, and network monitoring platforms.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
