Due to ongoing growth and a recent restructure across the Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) team, they have recognised the need to recruit an HSE Administrator.
About the role
Reporting into the National HSE Manager, you will be responsible for a diverse array of administrative duties including:
Updating and maintaining documents, training and e - learning modules;
Providing IMS system technical administration and statistical reporting support;
Assist with HSEQ monitoring activities (including process quality and internal audits);
Appointment, meeting and event coordination;
Assist with HSEQ budget and purchasing related administration (requisitions, P / O's, and goods receipting); and
Monitoring the shared inbox and calendar for scheduling of training, site visits, training and toolbox meeting.

Essential
Previous administration experience;
Highly competent user of Microsoft Office suite;
Positive demeanour, solutions focused, with a can - do attitude; and
Flexible to undertake a variety of different tasks in a fast - paced environment.
Desirable
Previous experience working in the manufacturing industry;
Previous HSEQ exposure / experience;
Relevant tertiary qualifications; and
Previous experience with HSEQ systems and databases including Donesafe.
