Main Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
* Supporting Commercial Managers in achieving performance objectives.
* Managing external communications and messaging.
* Assisting in achieving OEM financial and strategic objectives.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
* Fostering an entrepreneurial culture, promoting process improvement and high-performance mindset.
* Overseeing Maintenance Centre activities, including forecasting and performance monitoring.
* Ensuring supply performance meets expectations.
* Monitoring and reporting on customer satisfaction levels.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Tertiary qualifications in Management, Business or Engineering.
* Project management training or certification is advantageous.
* Proven experience leading a Customer Service team in an aviation environment.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships locally and globally.
