About The Role:
This is your chance to move beyond listings and cold prospecting. As a Buyers Agent, you’ll work consultatively with warm leads, guiding clients through every stage of their investment journey—from strategy to securing the right property, making data-driven decisions that deliver long-term results.

Who We’re Looking For:
* Minimum 2+ years’ experience in real estate sales or Buyers Agent
* A genuine passion for real estate and helping clients succeed financially
* High energy, client-first approach with a hunger to succeed
* Excellent communication and client relationship skills
* VIC Real Estate Licence and reliable vehicle
