A Day in the Life
As a Retail Store Manager, you will have direct responsibility for:
* Leading, coaching & training a team of up to 20 team members.
* Driving the Ghanda values with your store team.
* Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction.
* Liaising with your Stock Allocator and working independently to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the store and maximise return on floor space.
* Preparing and monitoring store rosters, sales reports & store/team compliance.
About You
We'll know you're the one if you're someone:
* With demonstrated leadership experience – leading from the front, empowering your team, and embodying a leadership style in line with our organisational values.
* Customer‐first, nails the fundamentals, and takes retail seriously.
* With similar experience in a retail/hospitality role. Though this is not a deal‐breaker – at Ghanda we value the right attitude over experience.
