Position: PhD Researcher
* Location: La Trobe Melbourne Campus
The successful applicant will work closely with our outstanding researchers to develop advanced machine learning algorithms for analysing complex data streams. A pathway for future autonomous instrument control and self-directed experimentation will be developed, recognising the challenge presented by the integration of multiple complex systems.
Coding and user interface development skills will be developed through this project, enabling the researcher to design and implement innovative solutions for data analysis.
This scholarship is open to Australian citizens, permanent residents, or New Zealand special category visa holders who have an outstanding record of prior performance, completion of a Masters by Research or other significant body of research, and outstanding grounding in relevant disciplines including physics, chemistry, biology, engineering, machine learning/data science, coding.
