The Firm & The Role
We are currently recruiting for a leading Gold Coast firm, who are looking for a Senior Family Lawyer (Senior Associate to Partner level), to join their high-performing team.
In this role, you will manage a diverse range of interesting and complex family law matters, in a working setting that is collegiate and friendly. You will appear at court, mediations and settlement conferences and guide and delegate to junior family lawyers.
About You
* Minimum of 5 years' PAE in family law
* Senior Associate to Partner level
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with high-value clients
* A willingness to mentor junior staff and contribute to team development
* A positive, team-oriented mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
