**What We're Looking For**
- **Experience**: You've worked extensively in high care settings, supporting clients with complex needs. Your expertise is invaluable. Manual Handling, Hoisting and Transfers experience is essential.
- **Qualifications**: While formal qualifications are a plus, we value practical experience. A Certificate III in Individual Support/ and or equivalent, a Current National Police Check, and a First Aid/CPR Certificate are essential. Students studying a Health Degree equivalent (Nursing, Paramedicine) are also encouraged to apply.
- **What you need **- Driver's licence, Right to Work in Australia, NDIS Workers Screening Card and Blue Card.

We serve clients across Ipswich, from Laidley, Ripley, Karana Downs to Redbank Plains. A willingness to travel is crucial. Your responsibilities will include domestic cleaning, personal care, ADL's, transportation, community access, and companionship.
We offer a competitive pay rate of $37.00 plus 11% superannuation. We also reimburse the cost of travel between shifts and any transportation during shifts.

**Qualifications**:
