Our commitment to making Sportsbet the best place to work is never-ending.About the RoleWe’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Risk and Compliance Specialist to join our Line 1 Risk team on a 9-month FTC, supporting the Data Science function within the Customer Growth department. Reporting to the Head of Risk and Compliance - Data Science and Product, you'll play a key role in embedding risk and compliance frameworks for machine learning and data-driven initiatives.In this hands-on role, you’ll lead model risk assessments, control identification and testing, incident management, and audit support. You’ll partner closely with legal, business, and tech stakeholders to translate regulatory guidance into clear, actionable practices across the data lifecycle.Success in this role requires strong stakeholder management, the ability to juggle multiple priorities, and a deep understanding of risk across data and AI environments.
